Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable damage deposit equal to the first night's stay is collected on arrival and released after inspection, provided there is no damage, missing items or extra cleaning.

Important Information

• Pets: allowed on request at $50 per night for up to two pets; pet-friendly units are located on the ground floor.
• Smoking: this is a non-smoking property.
• Minimum age: guests must be at least 18 to book, with photo ID required at check-in.
• Housekeeping: rooms receive a refresh every fourth day; for trash pickup, call reception and leave items outside your door.
• Each unit is individually decorated; images are representative and decor, view and layout may vary.

Facilities On-Site

• Parking: covered and open self-parking at $20 per car, per night (not taxed); one car per one-bedroom suite, and no RVs, trailers or commercial trucks.
