Escape to serenity by booking a stay in our private and luxe villa that’s only 3km from the centre of the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime. Stroll through the seaside resort and dine out at one of the local restaurants, visit a museum, or stop by the beach and go for a swim. When you’re not out on the town, you can lounge by the private pool and enjoy a quiet meal on the patio, or relax by the garden.

Our spacious 105 m2 villa has 3 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom has a Double bed, the second bedroom has a Double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Single beds. The Double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional guests.

You can prepare for the day in either of our 2 BATHROOMS. We’ll provide you with bathrobes, a hairdryer, towels, and bed linens.

After a day relaxing on the beautiful beach, retreat to our bright and open LIVING AREA. You can watch something on the satellite TV, or just cuddle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Connect with friends and loved ones back home by taking advantage of the FREE Wi-Fi.

In the mornings, craft a gourmet breakfast in our KITCHEN, which has a set of hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, and a toaster. If you need some coffee to help you wake up in the morning, you’ll be happy to hear that there is a coffeemaker in our villa. Don’t worry if you spill something on your favourite shirt, as the in-suite washer and dryer will help you keep your clothes clean.

There are a number of other amenities you’re sure to love when you stay at Le Village du Carré Beauchene, where our property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool, the large, flowered terrace, and the fresh drinks we’ll provide you with upon arrival. There is free covered parking available on-site. Our housekeeping service stops by mid-stay to tidy up and provide you with a change of towels, and a full end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Upon arrival, you’ll be asked for a security deposit and a Holiday Tax. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for a pet fee. Please note, the pool is unheated and is only open in the late spring and summer.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one unit to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

In the mornings, we’d suggest going to Le Café de France for a wonderful cup of coffee. Spend the rest of your day on the beach, at the golf course, or drive to Le Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon for breathtaking scenery. If you’d prefer to stay a little closer to home, visit the picturesque Saint Tropez Port. We’d recommend parking nearby and walking to the port, particularly when the market is open, as the parking area can be packed. End your day with a delicious slice of pizza at Magout Pizzas & Feu de bois.

• Housekeeping provides a mid-stay cleaning with a towel change and an end of stay cleaning
