Located just a 5-minute walk from the marina and 2.5km from both the city centre and the nearest beaches, you're sure to love the location of our charming and cozy duplex apartment in Le Grau-du-Roi! 

Our space has 2 BEDROOMS upstairs. The master bedroom features a Double bed and there are 2 Single beds in the second bedroom. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor which can accommodate additional guests. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/kit. Beds can be made on arrival for €10.

Get ready for the day ahead in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €9/kit/week.

After a stroll along the marina, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air. Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE in the common area and in the apartments. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/week. Watch your favourite shows on the TV!

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Cap Camargue where our 40m2 apartment is conveniently located. These include fitness centre access, the on-site sauna (available for an additional fee), and the shared outdoor pool, which is open from April until September. You'll love the on-site restaurant, available during the high season, from June to August! A guest services team is available on-site to ensure you have a stress-free stay.

If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site! If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. If you want to tidy up, cleaning kits are available for €3.90/kit. 

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully-refundable security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for €50 to €60.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

For a great meal, we highly recommend eating at Le Patio'né, a wonderful French restaurant, only a 13-minute drive away. If you prefer to eat in the comfort of the apartment, pick up groceries at U Express, a supermarket just a 4-minute drive from the apartment.
