Latour-Bas-Elne is a charming town in Languedoc, dominated by the Tower, an 11th-century building that has a rich history. During your stay here, you'll love to be located less than 4 km from Saint-Cyprien-Plage, where you'll find 6km of gorgeous sandy beaches and lush wooded areas. This is one of the most beautiful areas in France. The lively village of Saint-Cyprien is only 700m away, allowing you to experience the best dining, shops, and attractions. Sleeps 2 up to 4 people (3 Adults Max). Our condo with a private balcony or patio features:

• A damage deposit of €300 and a tourist tax will be collected upon arrival
• Pets are allowed for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max).  Class 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted
• Bed linen can be rented on-site for €12/kit. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.
• If you need baby equipment (cot, baby chair, changing mat, pot and baby bath) please request one upon booking
• Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception and in the apartment. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code).
• Guests are asked to clean their units prior to departure or you can request an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) for €70-€90. If you're unit has not been cleaned prior to departure or an of stay cleaning hasn’t been requested, a fee of €100-€120 will be deducted from your damage deposit.
• Early check-in (available from 11am) is available for €75 per accommodation. Please let us know if you require an early check in.
• Breakfast service is available on-site for an additional fee
