Our rental is in the perfect location for exploring the French coastline. Featuring 7km of gorgeous sandy beaches, spend your holiday relaxing in the sun. From April until the end of October, you'll love the free train that will take you to the beach or to the city centre. For a taste of culture outside of Argelès-sur-Mer, Perpignan, an ancient city filled with history and stunning architecture, is just 20 minutes away. There are endless benefits of being so close to the Pyrénées and the Spanish border. 

Drift to sleep in the 2 BEDROOMS in our house. The master bedroom features a Double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 Single beds. The sleeping area contains a Bunk bed, and there is a Sofa bed in the living area, perfect for extra guests or the kids. Bed linen is NOT provided and can be rented on-site for €12/person/week.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. An additional HALF bathroom with WC provides ample space for everyone. We provide you with a hairdryer, and you can rent towels on-site for €9/kit.

After a day of lounging at the pool, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA and catch a show on the TV. Stay connected with loved ones using the FREE Wi-Fi in the reception area and in your unit. Premium Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. Step out onto the balcony or patio and breathe the fresh air.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! There are coin-operated washers and dryers on-site for your convenience. You can enjoy all of your meals at the dining table with seating.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Les Demeures de la Massane, where our 69m2 property is conveniently located. These include the outdoor pool (open from April to October) and access to the fitness center. Relax your sore muscles in the sauna or jacuzzi from €5/hour/person. Breakfast service is available on-site for an additional fee. Entertainment for adults and a mini-club for children are available during some parts of the year! Relax while the kids play on the playground or play a match on the petanque grounds.

We recommend bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, and there is FREE parking available on-site (1 spot per accommodation). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them. 

Please note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a €300 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €50 to €80.

Get your supplies from the Supermarket, just a 10 minute drive away. If the kids are tired of the beach, they'll love the Discovery Farm Saint-André where they can go for pony rides, pet sheep, and have picnics Our favourite place to grab dinner is SABAI SABAI, where you can enjoy tasty Thai food, only 5 minutes away.

• Dive into the outdoor pool (open from April to October), open every day from 9 am - 8 pm (depending on weather conditions) and from 9 am - 7 pm in October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Please note that the sauna and fitness centre are only open upon prior booking. Minors not admitted. 
• Bedroom linens: €12/person/week / Bathroom linens are available for €9/kit/person
• Serenity packs (bathroom linens + end of stay cleaning) is available for €95 - €155, depending on the size of your unit
• Relax your sore muscles in the sauna or jacuzzi for €5/hour/person.
• High-speed Wi-Fi is available in your unit for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code)
