Discover beaches of Saint-Cyprien and the city centre of Alénya, all less than 5km away from our space! You're sure to love the spa and wellness centre on the premises as well as the international cuisine offered in the restaurant. Keep everyone entertained with the variety of activities on-site, including the outdoor pool and tennis courts.

Our space has 1 BEDROOM which features 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/bed/week. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not included but can be rented on-site for €9/kit.

After lounging at the pool, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa enjoy local programming on our LCD TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, cooking utensils, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Las Motas where our 40m2 apartment is conveniently located. These include a tennis court, the shared outdoor pool, and the on-site spa and wellness area that includes a heated jet pool, 2 steam rooms, a whirlpool, and a relaxation area. Access the spa for just €10/person or €15/2 people. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site for 1 vehicle! Reserve a parking spot for an additional vehicle for €16/week/night.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) will be provided for €50. Cleaning kits can be rented for €3.90.

Located 4.5 km from the Saint-Cyprien golf course and 5.2 km from the Saint-Cyprien beach, our apartment is ideally located for a fun vacation in one of the sunniest regions in France. Head to the city centre of Alénya, only 200m from the residence. If you're in the mood for a day trip, drive 44km to the border of Spain. After a day of golfing, swimming and walking, enjoy a wonderful French meal at restaurant Chez Gubbi, only a 2 min drive from the apartment. 

Please note that bed linen, towels and other essentials are available on-site but may not be free. Additional fees are detailed below.
