With 300 days of sunshine every year, Briançon is the ideal mountain escape for any season. Offering 250km of runs, skiers will find paradise during their stay right next to the Serre Chevalier ski resort which you'll have access to through the Prorel chairlift, just 300m from the residence. This area is also an FFC-labelled mountain bike site with nearly 330km of marked trails and 24 routes in the area, so you can find all of your mountain thrills during summer. For a slower pace, Briançon offers a plethora of art and history including architecture that has been classified as a UN World Heritage Site. There's something for everyone in this mountain retreat!

Our cozy LIVING SPACE features 2 Single beds and a chair bed suitable for children under 14 years old. Relax and enjoy local programming on our TV after a day in the mountains. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Premium Wi-Fi is also available for an additional fee.

Get ready in our ensuite BATHROOM with a bathtub and a separate WC. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Please note that a daily tourist tax per person and an eco-tax will be collected upon arrival.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you want help planning your holiday, we recommend visiting the Office de Tourisme de Serre-Chevalier, just a 4-minute drive away. If you want to visit more than one country and take in as much culture as possible, Italy is just 30-minutes away. Lake Serre-Ponçon, the largest artificial lake in Europe where you can swim, sail, fish, and more, is just 40-minutes away. For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
