• Outdoor Activities: Les Ménuires, linked to the 3 Valleys ski area, is a paradise for skiers of all levels who wish to enjoy the joys of snow. Après-ski activities are not forgotten such as snowmobiling, dog sledding, quad biking, skating and a lively nightlife (bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, etc). In summer, this area is perfect for hikers or mountain bikers. The multi-leisure card offers a range of activities for the whole family with access to ski lifts, aquaspa swimming pool on the Croisette, hiking, shows and entertainment.

Fees Upon Arrival:

• Security Deposit: €300 upon arrival.
• Tourist Tax: daily fee per person depending on the local regulations

Additional Options:

• One pet per unit allowed (not in common areas) for a fee of €10 / day.
• Cleaning: guests can opt for end-of-stay cleaning (additional charge of €65) or can choose to clean the apartment before departure. Cleaning kits available for self-cleaning (extra fee).
