Welcome to your 40-45m² 2-bedroom apartment which features:

• Food and Drinks: Get your groceries at Sherpa Supermarché Ménuires Preyerand (a 6-minute drive away) and make a meal in your own kitchenette. Grab dinner at Là Haut, just a 12-minute drive away.
• Outdoor Activities: Les Ménuires, linked to the 3 Valleys ski area, is a paradise for skiers of all levels who wish to enjoy the joys of snow. Après-ski activities are not forgotten such as snowmobiling, dog sledding, quad biking, skating and a lively nightlife (bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, etc). In summer, this area is perfect for hikers or mountain bikers. The multi-leisure card offers a range of activities for the whole family with access to ski lifts, aquaspa swimming pool on the Croisette, hiking, shows and entertainment.
• Places to See: With more than 160 kilometres of slopes spread over 12 green, 43 blue, 24 red and 8 black, you can vary the pleasures of skiing and discover panoramas unique in Savoie. 174 lifts with a ski and snowboard school in the area, this is a skiers paradise.

Fees Upon Arrival:

• Security Deposit: €300 upon arrival.
• Tourist Tax: Daily fee per person, depending on the local regulations.

Additional Options:

• One pet per unit allowed (not in common areas) for a fee of €10 / day.
• Cleaning: guests can opt for end-of-stay cleaning (additional charge of €75) or can choose to clean the apartment before departure. Cleaning kits available for self-cleaning (extra fee).

Facilities:

• Bed linens and towels are included for free but beds are not made upon arrival
• Convenient public parking 10m from the residence
• Pool: please note that it is closed on Saturdays
