The equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine, and a bathroom plus a shower room ease busy mornings before the Paradiski pistes. Beds are made on arrival.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: order fresh bread and pastries at reception before 7pm for next-morning delivery, enjoy a hot chocolate or a mountain meal at Le Savoy in Arc 2000, and stock up at the 8 à huit supermarket, about five minutes by car.
• Outdoor Activities: ski straight into the Paradiski area with the Cabriolet gondola beside the building, cross the valley to La Plagne on the four-minute Vanoise Express, and pick up equipment at the Skiset rental shop down the road.
• Places to Visit: head down to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, the valley town about 7 km away as the crow flies, or visit La Plagne on the other side of the Vanoise Express.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €500 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

• Parking: covered parking for an additional fee (maximum height 2.15 m), on reservation and subject to availability.
• Wellness area with heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room: open during opening hours and closed on Saturdays.
• Private, secure ski locker with boot dryer.
