• Studio: 1 Queen bed and sofa bed for additional guests
• Bathroom: Shower/Tub 
• Kitchen: A stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, and a toaster. Enjoy your meals in the dining area.

Take advantage of the shared BBQ area and grill your favourite meal. 

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at our property. Amenities include:

The Garden of the Gods is a must-see for all guests as it features dramatic views and 300-foot towering sandstone rock formations. Pikes Peak, which is located 14,110 feet above sea level, is one of the most visited mountains in the world and features numerous hiking trails – just be sure to stay hydrated. The nearby US Air Force Academy also has plenty of attractions to visit.

• Housekeeping provides services on Monday through Friday; on Saturday and Sunday housekeeping is available upon request
• Damage Deposit: $12 will be processed upon arrival
