We can't wait to host you in our charming 2 bedroom duplex apartment! When you stay with us, you're conveniently located within walking distance to the ski lifts and the shops. Spend the perfect mountain getaway in our cozy space, which features:

Spend a relaxing ski holiday in our 52m2 duplex apartment in Les Orres! Escape to our ski-in, ski-out apartment close to the ski lifts and the shops. Enjoy access to between 1 550 and 2 720 meters of altitude as well as a variety of different skiing terrains, perfect to suit every ski level! For those joining us in the summer, you'll love the beautiful hiking trails and mountainous landscapes. Wander around our splendid location and admire the views of Embrunaise valley and the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Our lovely space comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate up to 8 guests!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 Double bed in one bedroom and 2 Single beds in the other bedroom. There is also a sleeping alcove with 2 Single beds. You'll find 2 Trundle beds in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. 

Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. 

After skiing, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. 

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, and a toaster. You can enjoy all of your meals in the dining area. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite electric coffee machine.

There are several other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Le Balcon des Airelles where our apartment is conveniently located. These include ski shuttle access, a ping pong table, on-site ski storage, and the shared indoor pool.

If you're looking for great pizza, check out Snow Fever, which is only a short walk away. If you're in the mood for a delicious Italian restaurant, La Bouscatiere is particularly good. If you need to pick up groceries, Sherpa Supermarché Les Orres is only a 5-minute walk. Looking to rent ski equipment?   • open from 10 am to 7 pm, closed on Wednesday 
• Sauna: closed for the summer & winter season
• Breathe in the fresh air on your 5m2 to 14m2 balcony/patio. If you have a preference for the size of your patio, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
• Sheets: 10 € per person
• 7 €/Bath towel; 5 €/Hand towel; 5 €/Bath mat
• Linen Pack (sheets, bath towel): 15 €/person
• Baby kit (cot and chair) is included on request.
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €35/pet/week or €7/pet/day. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed. 
• Breakfast (Bread, croissants and pastries) delivery service: Payment on site
• Daily Cleaning Service: 25.00 €/day for 7 guests; 30.00 €/day for 8 guests
• Mid-Stay Cleaning Service: 60 €/day for 7 guests; 70 €/day for 8 guests
• End-of-stay cleaning service: 70 - 130€ per apartment
• Raclettes Grill: 5.00€/day
• TV: 9.00€/day; 45.00€/week

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €400 per chalet
