• Damage Deposit: $50 per stay (refundable provided there is no damage, no missing items, or extra cleaning required).

• This is a non-smoking property.
• For stays up to 6 nights, Light Touch service is provided Monday–Friday only and Saturday–Sunday by request only.  A deep clean with a full linen change is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
• This is an accessible unit featuring a soaking tub with mobility access.
