Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: $150 per room per stay (refundable provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required).

Important Information

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check in.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Light touch housekeeping is provided daily, Monday through Friday. A full clean is provided once a week, and includes a full linen and towel change, amenities restock, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
• Renovations may take place in public areas and guest rooms Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
