This residence is in an ideal location just 200m from the Richelieu beach where you'll find soft sand and the clear waters of the Mediterranean. The town centre of Cap d'Agde is also just about 4 km away, making this an ideal location for your holiday.

Cap d’Agde is an attractive beach resort with 14 km of sandy beaches, a marina with 3000 moorings, endless water sports and other activities including an 18-hole International Golf Course and its International Tennis Club. Enjoy strolling around the marina or bike along a track that goes through the resort and takes you on towards Agde. There are a myriad of activities in the area such as tennis courts, horseback riding, climbing, and water sports like windsurfing, jet skiing, scuba diving, sailing, rowing, canoeing and more. This space can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests but can sleep up to a total of 4 guests.

Our space has 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Please note that bed linens are not included, but are available on-site for €13/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €9/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

After a day at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy local programming on our TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception for 1 hour. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment during the winter for €20/week, or €30/2 weeks (2 devices). A Family Pack of 4 Wi-Fi connections is available for €35/week.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence Primavera where our 23m2 space is conveniently located. These include the petanque ground and the shared outdoor pool (which is open from April to September). Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site for 1 vehicle!

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog, and we might be able to accommodate them for €60/stay/animal. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is provided.

The Aqualand Waterpark with waterslides, paddling pools, and more, is a fun adventure for the whole family! You can also discover the Lake Luno located just a 15-minute walk from your holiday rental in Cap d’Adge. When you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Au bout du quai, just a 10 minute drive away.
