Our 1-bedroom modest condo is the perfect place to stay on your next winter getaway! If you're looking for a place to ski and snowboard in the winter, or hike and mountain bike in the summer, this is the place for you. The skiers in your group will love the slopeside location of our condo, which has ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort.

• Property Fee: 6% of total stay before taxes, covering reservation, housekeeping, departure, and in-room amenities. Payable at check-in.

• Parking: $10/day; $25/day during peak season (Dec 15 - Apr 15). Payment via QR codes in the garage.
