Sleeps 4 up to 6 people. Our condo features:

• 2 Bedrooms
• Living Area: Large windows offering slope or village views, plush sofas (one of which doubles as a sofabed), natural stone fireplace(gas)
• Fully-equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and dining table  
• Private Balcony 
• 2 Bathrooms: shower/tub combination, vanity

Other amenities at Jackpine and Black Bear Condos include (but are not limited to):

• 2 hot tubs, outdoor lounge area, firepit and commercial bbq grills
• Fitness Center, steam room with sauna
• Towel warmers, ski storage
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and outdoor parking
• Heated underground parking

Please note that a 13% of nightly rate property fee before taxes, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin.

• Outdoor Activities: Hop on your bike and hit the Keystone Bike Park for thrilling downhill trails and jaw-dropping mountain views. Then, head to Keystone Lake for some relaxing paddle boating, kayaking, and fishing on a beautiful mountain lake. 
• Local Dining: Head to Ski Tip Lodge to savor delicious cuisine in a cozy atmosphere at this historic 1800s stagecoach stop-turned-restaurant. For a more casual vibe, check out The Goat Tavern, where you can enjoy pub fare, craft beer, and live music in a lively outdoor patio setting. 
• Places to See: Take a scenic drive over to Dillon Reservoir, the largest body of water in Summit County, and enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking in this stunning setting. • We want to reassure our valued guests that while the new Kindred Resort is taking shape through the 2025 seasons, we're working diligently to minimize any potential disruptions. Although we don't anticipate major inconveniences, please be advised that there is a possibility of some construction noise during the day, as core structural work continues at the neighboring resort.

Fees Upon Arrival:

• Please note that a 13% of nightly rate property fee before taxes, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin.

Additional Options:

• Parking: 1 space per booking included with the on-site resort fee

• Condos can have village OR slope views. May be in either the Jackpine building OR the Black Bear building
• Bedrooms with varying bedding configurations (please check with staff when booking to ensure suitability)
