The Elizabeth Rooms are glorious and refined, much like Queen Elizabeth I (1537-1603). The decor is alluring and elegant, and there has been great care and attention to make sure that every detail is beautiful and comfortable. Check-in is available after 5pm and before 10:30pm. You will pick up your keys from the front desk upon arrival.
Check-out time is before 11am. Please return your keys to the onsite guest services team.
A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card.

A light cleaning service is provided every day. Please let the on-site guest services team know if you do not wish to use this service. A full end-of-stay clean is also included.
Please ensure you have correctly listed the number of adult guests when submitting your reservation. In some cases, extra adult guests may be allowed with an additional nightly charge. If your numbers change before arrival just let us know and we will adjust your booking price and payment accordingly. The maximum number of guests that may stay in this property is specified on the "Details" page and is dictated by municipal fire regulations. In some cases, toddlers and babies under 3 years old do not count towards maximum occupancy (please inquire about your specific accommodations).
In the event that extra adult guests, above the number noted in your reservation, are discovered in the property the onsite guest services team will charge the credit card provided at check-in with the additional nightly charge. Any group found to be occupying the property in excess of maximum occupancy will be asked to leave and all payments will be forfeited.
Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. You will be asked to provide photo identification upon check-in. Any reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit all payments, and guests will be escorted from the property.
Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications: You are welcome to modify your reservation at any time. No fees are charged for modifications. Please note that if you choose to make modifications, your travel dates may be subject to a minimum number of nights' stay.
THANKSGIVING DAY TO THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE VICTORIA DAY LONG WEEKEND (excluding Christmas Holiday Season): Guests can cancel a booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Should a guest choose chose to cancel within the 72 hour cancellation policy the guest will forfeit the cost of 1 night's stay plus taxes
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON (typically the Friday before Christmas to the Monday after New Year’s): Guests can cancel a booking up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Should a guest chose to cancel within the 14 day cancellation policy the guest will forfeit the cost of 1 night's stay plus taxes.
FRIDAY OF THE VICTORIA LONG WEEKEND TO MONDAY OF THE THANKSGIVING LONG WEEKEND: Guests can cancel a booking up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Should a guest chose to cancel within the 14 day cancellation policy the guest will forfeit the cost of 1 night's stay plus taxes.
No-Shows: If you do not check in on the arrival date specified in your booking summary, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then we will cancel your reservation and no refund will be available.

You must notify us, or the on-site guest services team, of any damage to the property, contents, fixtures or fittings which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us or the on-site guest services team, you will be held responsible for such damage and charged for the full replacement cost.
In the event that excess cleaning is required to return the property to its arrival condition, you will be held responsible for the full cleaning costs. which may be in addition to any damage deposit you have paid.
You authorize us or the on-site guest services team to charge any excess cleaning or property damage repairs to the credit card you supplied at the time of booking and/or at check-in.
Pull-Out Sofa Beds
Sofa beds are designed to be folded into the couch and although they are high quality, they do not sleep as comfortably as a pillow top mattress. Adults staying for multiple nights may not be as comfortable as children on this type of bed.
Safety & Conduct
You have primary responsibility for your safety, and for the safety of your guests, during your stay. You must read and/or listen to any fire or health & safety guidance provided to you. It is your responsibility to ask questions if you do not understand these instructions.
You may forfeit all monies paid and your right to stay in the property if any of the following occur:
- Complaints from neighbours regarding conduct and/or noise
- Evidence of unauthorized guests discovered at the property
- Evidence of unauthorized pets discovered at the property
- Evidence of smoking discovered at the property
- Illegal drugs or firearms discovered in the property
- Property is left unlocked at any time
- Property is used for any purpose other than for personal accommodation
Please be aware that cancellation policies for groups may differ and be more restrictive than single booking cancellation policy.
- Group booking must be cancelled 30 to 45 days before the arrival date
- If a group booking is cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival, the group will forfeit the 1st night's stay + taxes for all rooms
