• **Due to ongoing efforts to provide a safe environment for our guests and staff, we are currently experiencing impacts to operations in a number of areas, including but not limited to; front desk operations, housekeeping, shuttles, pools, hot tubs, spas, fitness centers and F&B outlets

• This resort is on the shuttle route and within walking distance to the slopes
• Enjoy easy access to Keystone's recreation path from this resort
• Maid service is available for an additional fee
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

• Policies

  • Check-In

    Check-in is available after 4pm at Keystone Condos Central Check-in: 21996 US-6, Keystone, CO. You will pick up your keys from the onsite guest service team upon arrival.

    If you arrive early, we will do our best to get you into your accommodations as quickly as possible and we will be happy to store your bags so you can start enjoying Keystone! We cannot guarantee early access to your lodging room. If you must have early access, we recommend reserving the night before. Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at time of check-in. Please ask at arrival to confirm requests including bedding, views, and wing preferences.

    Check-Out

    Check-out time is before 10am. Please return your keys to the onsite guest services team.

    Damage Deposit

    A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and will be released after your departure provided there is no damage, items missings, or extra cleaning required.

    Extended Stays

    If you are enjoying your visit and wish to extend your stay, please call us toll-free 1-877-902-1616 or email us at hello@leavetown.com and we'd be delighted to check if the property is available.

    Housekeeping

    A full end-of-stay clean is included.

    Maximum Occupancy

    Please ensure you have correctly listed the number of adult guests when submitting your reservation.  In some cases, extra adult guests may be allowed with an additional nightly charge. If your numbers change before arrival just let us know and we will adjust your booking price and payment accordingly. The maximum number of guests that may stay in this property is specified on the "Details" page and is dictated by municipal fire regulations. In some cases, toddlers and babies under 3 years old do not count towards maximum occupancy (please inquire about your specific accommodations).

    In the event that extra adult guests, above the number noted in your reservation, are discovered in the property the onsite guest services team will charge the credit card provided at check-in with the additional nightly charge. Any group found to be occupying the property in excess of maximum occupancy will be asked to leave and all payments will be forfeited. 

    Minimum Age

    Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. You will be asked to provide photo identification upon check-in. Any reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit all payments, and guests will be escorted from the property.

    Modifications & Cancellations

    Modifications: You are welcome to modify your reservation at any time. No fees are charged for modifications. Please note that if you choose to make modifications, your travel dates may be subject to a minimum number of nights' stay.

    Cancellations: 

    Winter

    • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of booking will incur no penalty
    • Reservations cancelled outside 48 hours but more than 21 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the 1st night + taxes​
    • All reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable and forfeit the total net lodging cost (including tax and surcharge)

    Summer

    • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of booking will incur no penalty
    • Reservations cancelled outside 48 hours but more than 24 hours of scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit of $50 per lodging reservation
    • All reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable and forfeit the total net lodging cost (including tax and surcharge)

    Close-In

    • Close-in reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking will incur no penalty
    • Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of booking are non-refundable and total net lodging cost (including tax and surcharge) is due in full

    Your reservation is not cancelled until you have received a cancellation confirmation from us. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of your original request, you must contact us again to confirm your cancellation request has been received. If we do not receive your cancellation request by the appropriate notice period, we are unable to offer any refund.

    No-Shows: If you do not check in on the arrival date specified in your booking summary, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then we will cancel your reservation and no refund will be available.

    Parking

    Complimentary indoor heated parking is available. 

    Pet Policy

    Sorry this is not a pet friendly property. This entire resort is strictly designated as a no pet zone.  Animals are not permitted in any of the properties or on the grounds.  Violations of this policy will result in fines being charged.

    Property Damage

    You must notify us, or the on-site guest services team, of any damage to the property, contents, fixtures or fittings which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us or the on-site guest services team, you will be held responsible for such damage and charged for the full replacement cost.

    In the event that excess cleaning is required to return the property to its arrival condition, you will be held responsible for the full cleaning costs. which may be in addition to any damage deposit you have paid.

    You authorize us or the on-site guest services team to charge any excess cleaning or property damage repairs to the credit card you supplied at the time of booking and/or at check-in.

    Pull Out Sofa Beds

    Sofa beds are designed to be folded into the couch and although they are high quality, they do not sleep as comfortably as a pillow top mattress. Adults staying for multiple nights may not be as comfortable as children on this type of bed.

    Safety & Conduct

    You have primary responsibility for your safety, and for the safety of your guests, during your stay. You must read and/or listen to any fire or health & safety guidance provided to you. It is your responsibility to ask questions if you do not understand these instructions.

    You may forfeit all monies paid and your right to stay in the property if any of the following occur:

    • Complaints from neighbours regarding conduct and/or noise
    • Evidence of unauthorized guests discovered at the property
    • Evidence of unauthorized pets discovered at the property
    • Evidence of smoking discovered at the property
    • Illegal drugs or firearms discovered in the property
    • Property is left unlocked at any time
    • Property is used for any purpose other than for personal accommodation

    Group Terms & Conditions

    Please be aware that cancellation policies for groups may differ and be more restrictive than single booking cancellation policy. If you are travelling as part of a group, please ask your Leavetown Destination Expert to confirm the group cancellation policies for your chosen unit.
