  • Check-In

    Check-in is available after 4pm. You will pick up your keys from the onsite guest service team upon arrival.

    Check-Out

    Check-out time is before 10am. Please return your keys to the onsite guest services team.

    Damage Deposit

    A Damage Waiver is included in the fee, but guests must also pay a securtiy deposit on arrival for damage that is not covered by the damage waiver.  This is based on room size and starts at $250; these must be paid on credit card with the same name as the lead guest.

    Housekeeping

    While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee. Please call for specific details. 

    Maximum Occupancy

    Please ensure you have correctly listed the number of adult guests when submitting your reservation.  In some cases, extra adult guests may be allowed with an additional nightly charge. If your numbers change before arrival just let us know and we will adjust your booking price and payment accordingly. The maximum number of guests that may stay in this property is specified on the "Details" page and is dictated by municipal fire regulations. In some cases, toddlers and babies under 3 years old do not count towards maximum occupancy (please inquire about your specific accommodations).

    In the event that extra adult guests, above the number noted in your reservation, are discovered in the property the onsite guest services team will charge the credit card provided at check-in with the additional nightly charge. Any group found to be occupying the property in excess of maximum occupancy will be asked to leave and all payments will be forfeited. 

    Minimum Age

    In the summer (May 1 to November 27), the individual making the reservation (primary guest listed on the actual reservation) must be 25 years of age or older and must be present at check-in/out, must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name. In the winter (November 28 to April 30), the individual making the reservation (primary guest listed on the actual reservation) must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at check-in/out, must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name.

    Modifications & Cancellations

    Modifications: You are welcome to modify your reservation at any time. No fees are charged for modifications made inside of free cancellation periods. Please note that if you choose to make modifications, your travel dates may be subject to a minimum number of nights' stay.

    Cancellations: 

    Summer Season Cancellations (May 1, 2019 – November 27, 2019)

    • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival: One night's room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged
    • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged

    Regular Winter Season: Nov 28-Dec 19, 2019, Jan 05- Apr 30, 2020 

    • Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night + tax
    • Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation. 
    • There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights.

    Holiday Season: Dec 20, 2019 - Jan 04, 2020

    • Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night + tax
    • Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation.
    • There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights.

    Your reservation is not cancelled until you have received a cancellation confirmation from us. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of your original request, you must contact us again to confirm your cancellation request has been received. If we do not receive your cancellation request by the appropriate notice period, we are unable to offer any refund.

    No-Shows: If you do not check in on the arrival date specified in your booking summary, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then we will cancel your reservation and no refund will be available.

    Parking

    Underground parking is available for $15 per day + tax.

    Pet Policy

    Sorry this is not a pet friendly property. 

    Property Damage

    You must notify us, or the on-site guest services team, of any damage to the property, contents, fixtures or fittings which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us or the on-site guest services team, you will be held responsible for such damage and charged for the full replacement cost.

    In the event that excess cleaning is required to return the property to its arrival condition, you will be held responsible for the full cleaning costs. which may be in addition to any damage deposit you have paid.

    You authorize us or the on-site guest services team to charge any excess cleaning or property damage repairs to the credit card you supplied at the time of booking and/or at check-in.

    Pull Out Sofa Beds

    Sofa beds are designed to be folded into the couch and although they are high quality, they do not sleep as comfortably as a pillow top mattress. Adults staying for multiple nights may not be as comfortable as children on this type of bed.

    Safety & Conduct

    You have primary responsibility for your safety, and for the safety of your guests, during your stay. You must read and/or listen to any fire or health & safety guidance provided to you. It is your responsibility to ask questions if you do not understand these instructions.

    You may forfeit all monies paid and your right to stay in the property if any of the following occur:

    • Complaints from neighbours regarding conduct and/or noise
    • Evidence of unauthorized guests discovered at the property
    • Evidence of unauthorized pets discovered at the property
    • Evidence of smoking discovered at the property
    • Illegal drugs or firearms discovered in the property
    • Property is left unlocked at any time
    • Property is used for any purpose other than for personal accommodation

    Group Terms & Conditions

    Please be aware that cancellation policies for groups may differ and be more restrictive than single booking cancellation policy. If you are travelling as part of a group, please ask your Leavetown Destination Expert to confirm the group cancellation policies for your chosen unit.
