Located near St. Tropez, you will love your stay in our cozy studio in Grimaud, allowing you to experience the best of this small medieval village nestled on a hill. This is one of the oldest villages in the Maures mountain range and with its rich heritage, you'll find both architectural and natural beauty. The port and harbour overlook the sea and Gulf of St. Tropez, perfect for a day spent on the beaches. Our cozy 30m2 air-conditioned studio is in a fantastic location for your beach holiday, and if you're travelling by car even more of the area's gorgeous landmarks will be available to you. 

Our STUDIO features a Double sofa bed (140) and an Alcove with Bunk Beds. We'll provide you with bed linens. Catch up on your favourite shows and movies on the TV and you can stay connected to friends and family back home by taking advantage of the FREE Wi-Fi. Step out onto the balcony or patio to enjoy the fresh air! 

Prepare for the day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a shower. Towels are included. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a refrigerator, a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating. 

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Prestige Residence La Palmeraie, where our property is conveniently located. These included access to the 2 shared heated outdoor pools on-site (open from April to October), access to the petanque grounds, and the on-site tennis court. In the mornings, start your day off with a delicious breakfast on-site for €9/adult and €6/child (reservation required). If you are travelling with little ones, you may rent a baby kit which includes a bed, high chair, and bath for €8/day and €25/stay. We recommend bringing a car to get around the area and there is a complimentary outdoor parking space available on-site (subject to availability).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for a charge. Please note that a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per night per person, an eco-tax of €0.20 per night per person, and a €500 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. An ID card or passport is required for all guests including babies (drivers licences are not valid). Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is available during the summer starting from €72.

You will love to stay in Grimaud during your holiday on the Côte D'Azur! St. Tropez is a vibrant coastal town on the French Riviera known for its nightlife and beaches, just a 20-minute drive away. In addition to St. Tropez, make sure to visit the gorgeous beaches of Ramatuelle and La Croix Valmer, also a 20-minute drive away. Pick up your groceries from E.Leclerc Cogolin, just a 10-minute drive away

• Make use of the convenient on-site parking space/apartment (subject to availability)
• Some of these units accept pets at an additional charge of €12/pet/night or €60/week. Please let us know if you'd like to bring your pet along with you
• Enjoy a breakfast on-site for €9/adult or €6/child of 4 to 12 - on reservation only. Breakfast is available from 8 am until 10:30 am
• Please note that a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person, a small daily eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person, and a €500 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival
• The end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included during the Winter, however, it is available starting from €72 during the summer
