Completely private and secluded 260 m2 villa with incredible unobstructed views of the golf course, surrounding mountains, and the monastery our stunning villa has 3 BEDROOMS / 4 BATHROOMS and is laid out as follows: 

Upper / entrance level: (the living/kitchen area and the master bedroom are on this level) 

• Open plan living area, dining, and kitchen with multiple sliding doors and windows allowing for full indoor-outdoor living.
• Large outdoor dining and sun lounge area with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 and large adjustable sun shade umbrella that can be rotated to cover sun lounging or dining area.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, laundry machine, and large fridge freezer.
• Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed with en-suite with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Large sliding doors and private Balcony 

Lower Level with access to the pool and poolside patio

• Bedroom 2: King-sized bed with en-suite with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Large sliding doors with walkout onto patio/pool area

• The lower level also includes a large recreation area that is ideal for remote working, yoga, working out etc. with full-width bi-fold doors opening to the pool/patio area.

There are a number of other amenities you're able to enjoy when you stay at our Minthis Resort Villa, These include access to the 18-hole championship golf course,  café, bars and restaurants plus Paphos and its wonderful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away

Golfing: Soak up the brilliant Cyprian sun while playing golf on the 9 or 18-hole championship golf course that winds past the 12th-century monastery. If you haven't played golf before it's the perfect place as they have a get golf academy with private lessons and a fantastic driving range.

Cafes, and Restaurants: The on-site cafes and restaurants showcase a unique fusion of Cypriot flavors, Mediterranean classics, and French accents. Each Cafe and restaurant features indoor areas together with beautiful outdoor patios/balconies and inspiring views. All with great wifi if you fancy the 10-minute stroll from your villa for a change of scenery, even if you're working.

World-class Spa: The Resort amenities include a world-class Spa and Wellness center. Awarded the Gold Standard for Spas in Cyprus the Minthis Wellness Spa has been designed to maintain a strong connection with nature, the wellness philosophy has been curated by a team of experts including Neil Howard who is also responsible for the Armani spas in Dubai/Milan. The Spa includes an indoor pool, gym, pilates & yoga studio, sauna, and an incredibly wide range of treatments. Access to the pool, steam rooms, sauna, and fitness gym etc is complimentary when booking a treatment at the Spa, alternative you can access these facilities for a daily membership fee per person.

A credit card authorisation of Euro 750 as a damage deposit will be required 48hrs prior to check in. This deposit will also cover any excess energy costs which exceed on average a Euro's 25 per day inclusive limit (to encourage air conditioning not to be used if any windows / doors are left open).
