Our air-conditioned STUDIO has 1 Double bed. We'll provide you with bed linens for free. Curl up and enjoy local programming on our TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit may feature a balcony! Please do request this with our team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €7/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit from €150 to €500, and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 charged per person. A variety of cleaning services are available for an additional fee for your convenience. Please note that for guests staying from 5 to 28 nights, an end of stay cleaning is available from €60.

Take in some culture at Musée des Arts Décoratifs, just a 7-minute drive away. Our favourite place to eat is Le Patio du Prado - Restaurant Marseille, just a 3 minute drive away! Grab a coffee at a waterfront cafe at Vieux-Port de Marseille (the old port).

• A kit of bathroom linen (bath towel, hand towel) is available for €7
• This unit may feature a balcony! Please do request this with our team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you
• If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €10/pet/day. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the building and grounds

• An end of stay cleaning is available from €60 for guests staying between 5 and 28 nights
• Upon arrival, a damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and will be released after your departure:150 EUR for stays 1-28 nights and 500 EUR for stays longer than 28 nights.
• Tourist tax is to be paid upon the arrival - 2.16 EUR/person/day
