Latour-Bas-Elne is a charming town in Languedoc, dominated by the Tower, an 11th-century building that has a rich history. During your stay here, you'll love to be located less than 4 km from Saint-Cyprien-Plage, where you'll find 6km of gorgeous sandy beaches and lush wooded areas. This is one of the most beautiful areas in France. The lively village of Saint-Cyprien is only 700m away, allowing you to experience the best dining, shops and attractions. Sleeps 4 up to 6 people (5 Adults Max). Our townhome with a private balcony or patio features:

• Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/kit
• Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed
• Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €9/kit/week
• Guests are asked to clean their units prior to departure or you can request an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) for €70-€90. If you're unit has not been cleaned prior to departure or an of stay cleaning hasn’t been requested, a fee of €100-€120 will be deducted from your damage deposit.
• Low-speed Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception and in the house. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code)
• If you need baby equipment (cot, baby chair, changing mat, pot and baby bath) please request one upon booking
• Breakfast service is available on-site for an additional fee 
• Pets are allowed for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/house max). Please let us know if you intend to bring a pet along with you. Class 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted
• A damage deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival
• Please note that this building is located near the road so there may be some noise from the street
