Bread and Honey Food Co is a diner serving Parksville’s best homemade-style breakfast, and lunch using fresh, locally sourced Pacific Northwest ingredients. The exterior is modest with its stripmall location, but don’t be fooled because nothing but quality food is served here.
Stop by and try the orange creamsicle french toast, or sample the tomato basil or classic eggs benedict. In addition, Bread and Honey Food Co’s housemade breakfast sandwiches are raved about time and time again. If you visit for lunch, this excellent diner cooks up classic sandwiches including fried chicken and reubens.
On the weekends, Bread and Honey stop by for their must-experience brunch where they offer their benedicts alongside hearty burgers and more. Pair it with a classic brunch beverage like the mimosa.

This fantastic restaurant is a true hidden gem in Parksville – it’s the kind of place that you typically only find on the last day of your vacation and kick yourself for not having tried it earlier!
It’s obvious that the chef here is passionate about cooking. The food at Chameleon’s is fresh and lovingly made and the vibe is welcoming and relaxing.
Try the popular seafood bisque, or the mushroom risotto with prawns. The pork back ribs are also extremely popular with the repeat clientele.
Although there isn’t a specific kids’ menu, the chef will gladly make a fresh dish to suit your child’s preference. Plus there’s a fish tank and colouring books to keep little ones entertained.

The food is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are reasonable. Pacific Brimm is an awesome breakfast spot in Parksville!
Choose from the eggs benny, breakfast burrito, eggs and sausage or pancakes. Pacific Brimm also has a wide assortment of baked treats. The regulars here will testify that the cinnamon buns are amazing! For lunch, this local coffee shop serves paninis, salads, wraps and homemade soup.
It’s not just the fantastic food that makes this coffee shop special. The owner/barista warmly greets everyone by name as they come through the door. It’s obvious that Pacific Brimm is part of the community here in Parksville. Locals come to have coffee, visit with friends or relax while reading the newspaper. The interior has a great heritage vibe that always provide for a comfortable and relaxed experience. On a warm day, enjoy your coffee and meal at an outdoor table on the street or in the beautiful, private courtyard.
