Watermark Beach Resort features a variety of 123 vacation rentals, including studios (410 sq. ft), one-bedroom (643 sq. ft), one-bedroom plus den (829 sq. ft) and two-bedroom condos (836 sq. ft), as well as three-bedroom top-floor penthouses (1,328 sq. ft).
Suites either offer a view of Osoyoos Lake and the resort’s pool area or the town of Osoyoos. The resort also has five smaller buildings that each house six impressive beachfront villas: a two-bedroom, bi-level villa (1,208 sq. ft.) and a two-bedroom penthouse villa (1,230 sq. ft.). Watermark’s elegant, light-filled condos feature fully-equipped gourmet kitchens with modern appliances, including a wine cooler for your favourite local vino. (Studio suites have kitchenettes with everything you need, including a stove top, a compact fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave.)
