While the most popular accommodations are located at the Village Centre – only steps away from the Main Street Skiway – all resorts and properties are within convenient ski access to the mountain’s chairlifts, shops, cafes and restaurants.
A complimentary shuttle bus runs every half hour from the edge of the Inner Village around the Knoll Residential area, allowing for reliable transportation throughout the day. Guests can also easily walk anywhere in the Village in under 20 minutes – making the resort a prime vacation spot for families. Snowbird Lodge

For a true ski-in/ski-out vacation experience right from the ski locker room, Snowbird Lodge – located in the heart of the Village – is only steps to green runs like the Comet Trail (taking you directly to the Comet Express lift) and Easy Street, with access to multiple blue, black and backcountry trails. Snowbird provides contemporary luxury in a warm ski-lodge setting, offering platinum and executive condo options for a variety of group sizes. With fantastic balconies in every unit (excluding Studios), the Lodge feature outdoors hot tubs and in-suite laundry for ultimate comfort. As the most centrally-located resort, Snowbird is ideal for families with youngsters enrolled in ski school, or for those avid skiers who want the quickest access to the slopes.
Guests staying at Snowbird Lodge can also make use of Club Snowbird, located on the ground floor of the lodge. Here, families can meet after a day on the mountain in the common room to play a game of pool, host a group board game night, or mingle with other guests and residents. A children’s playroom keeps the kids occupied when not in use for weekly yoga classes, and a private movie theatre allows parents to find respite while watching their favourite film.
 

Silver Creek Lodge

Only a 100 metres to the slopes from the lodge’s front door, Silver Creek is a great accommodation option for couples or families looking for a more rustic-style vacation home slightly uphill from the Village. All Studios and One Bedroom Condos are spacious and individually decorated, and provide ample room for families with children with the convenient addition of separate dens and alcoves.
Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Monashee Mountains from their private balconies, and can also relax after a day on the mountain in one of the communal outdoor hot tubs, and take in the breathtaking view of Silver Star from the rooftop.
 

Lord Aberdeen Hotel

For a more affordable Silver Star option in the centre of the Village, Lord Aberdeen is one of the oldest buildings on the mountain. The lodgings here are rustic and cozy, reminiscent of old-school ski lodges, with all of Silver Star’s colourful charm. With a motel-like set up, units feature private entrances, private ski lockers, and direct access to the Village centre and Main Street Skiway. Vacation rentals range from 1 to 3 Bedroom Condos, each with full kitchens and balconies. While there is no front desk at Lord Aberdeen, guests can easily check-in at nearby Snowbird Lodge.
Perks of staying at Lord Aberdeen include speedy access to the Village centre, balconies that can accommodate your mountain and fat bikes, and of course – close proximity to some of Silver Star’s best pubs and restaurants. Long John’s Pub, built below the hotel, is a resident favourite, located only steps from the front door. Soak in the communal hot tub above the pub and enjoy some prime people-watching (in privacy).
 

Firelight Lodge

Though it is located about a 5 minute walk from the main village, and requires crossing a car park to get to Silver Star’s restaurants and ski school, Firelight Lodge is only seconds to the slopes and the Silver Queen chairlift. Perfect for families with older children, or couples looking for a romantic retreat with a little more privacy, Firelight is the newest building at Silver Star and features updated amenities with modern decor. For a different view of the mountain, guests have fast access to the lower level Pinheads Bowling Alley – the only 10-pin ski-in/ski-out bowling alley in the world.
Firelight Lodge overlooks Brewers Pond, which transforms into an outdoor ice rink and winter wonderland during ski season. Parents can watch their kids skate from the comfort of their private balconies, or head over to Tube Town for some winter tubing. Guests at Firelight have access to private outdoor hot tubs in first floor units, and a communal hot tub facing the ice rink, along with a shared BBQ area and in-suite laundry.
 

Knoll Residential Area/Creekside Condos

The Knoll Residential Area and Creekside Condos at Silver Star are comprised of individual homes spread out and separate from the Village Centre. These include the SSH Townhomes, SSH Creekside Condos and the Vance Vacation Homes, whose luxe private properties offer unique decor and are perfect for group retreats. Despite being a little further from all the action, these homes are still within close skiable access to the Silver Queen chairlift (located at the foot of Creekside) and Silver Woods chairlift – all connected via the Main Street Skiway. And like Firelight, Brewers Pond and Tube Town is just minutes away by foot (seconds by skis)! The shuttle bus also provides convenient transportation throughout the resort to the Village, and runs every half an hour.
For those looking for a private retreat surrounded by lush mountain views and featuring fireplaces, full kitchens and personal hot tubs, the homes in Knoll Residential Area and Creekside Condos may be your best choice. Visitors will immediately notice the beautiful, brightly coloured exteriors of each home – a long-standing and quirky tradition requiring owners to paint their buildings with at least 5 colours.
 

Vance Creek Hotel

In the heart of the Inner Village, Vance Creek is Silver Star’s boutique hotel. Run independently from the resort, but offering fantastic vacation rental options, the property is seconds away from Main Street Skiway and all the Village has to offer in terms of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shops. Bright, open-plan rooms with classic wood furnishings attract guests to the hotel rooms and 1-and-2 Bedroom Suites. Enjoy a shared rooftop hot tub, conference centre, and kitchen facilities.
 

Shuttle Route

Guests can hop on the complimentary shuttle beginning at the SilverStar Village Stop across from parking lot B. The following route includes stops in and around Silver Star accommodations, although not all go directly into some of the building lots.

• Arnica Road (Alpine Meadows) – Pinnacles Lodge guests will be picked up at the intersection of Arnica Road
