Cornucopia Highlights

A highlight of this year’s festival will be husband-and-wife culinary duo, Benito Molina and Solange Muris, who own the world-famous Latin American restaurant Manzanilla. The celebrated Mexican chefs will be travelling to Canada for the first time to headline Cornucopia, and will cook alongside James Walt, executive chef for the famous Whistler restaurant Araxi Restaurant and Oyster Bar. Guests in attendance will have a unique chance to taste Araxi’s local farm-to-table food, infused with Muris and Molina’s Baja twists with their arsenal of native Ensenada ingredients. Furthermore, Araxi Wine Director and 2013 Sommelier of the Year Samantha Rahn will pair each dish with award-winning BC wine. No need to do any of the work – it’s already done for you!
