If the outspoken celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is right, we haven’t really lived until we’ve dined at the Araxi Restaurant + Bar.
According to Ramsay, Araxi is indisputably the best restaurant in Canada. With a kitchen led by a top-level executive chef James Walt, Araxi won a number of “Best of” titles in 2016 by various influential magazines. Araxi’s wine list was also awarded silver at Vancouver’s International Wine Festival in 2016. This famous restaurant is a Whistler institution, and is the perfect spot for a romantic evening in the village.
Based on the farm-to-table approach, dishes are created from fresh, local and organic ingredients. At the end of a fantastic meal, take home a dessert box filled with handcrafted chocolates or a divine selection of petit fours.
