LOCAL FAVORITES

• Food & Drink: A grocery store and bakery sit about 2 km from the residence, with bread and croissants available to order the day before. A car is recommended to reach these and other shops, as the village itself keeps to a small footprint. Look out for Savoie staples such as tartiflette and Beaufort cheese fondue on menus around the wider valley.
• Outdoor Activities: The pistes are close by, with rental shops nearby for outfitting the whole group. The wider area offers snowshoeing, ski touring, a snowpark, dog sledding and paragliding, with ski and snowboard schools for all ages and levels.
• Places to Visit: Saint-Colomban-des-Villards is a preserved Alpine village, pleasant to wander between activities, and Saint-Avre-la-Chambre gives access to the TGV rail network about 15 minutes away by car. The Col du Glandon and Col de la Croix de Fer, two of the region's classic Alpine passes, make for scenic drives once the roads reopen in summer.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

• Parking: free outdoor parking available; underground/basement parking available for an additional charge.
• Semi-covered/open-air heated swimming pool, open Sunday to Friday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
• Sauna: to be paid on site (prices on-site).
• Table tennis at reception; elevator in the main building.

• Pets: €11/night or €49/week (€36/week in summer), 1 animal per accommodation. Rabies vaccination certificate required. First- and second-category attack dogs (pit bulls, guard/defence dogs) are banned.
• Covered parking: €40/week, paid on site, limited spaces.
• Laundry: €6/wash, paid on site.
• Baby equipment rental (cot, chair and/or bath) left in the accommodation: €15/stay, subject to availability.
