Our charming 45 m2 suite is ideally situated just 300m from the famous Place de la Comédie, the historical centre, the Palais des Congrès, and the opera, along with shops, cinemas, and restaurants. Easily accessible, the TGV train station Saint Roch, and several tramway lines are nearby, allowing you to easily access all of Montpellier and the surrounding area. After a great day, relax in our cozy space with a glass of your favourite wine.

There is 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds and we'll provide you with bed linen. Bedding configurations vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the layout of the suite will suit any specific needs you may have. There is a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests or the kids.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a hairdryer and towel rack. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €7/kit.

Our space is conveniently located at Apart'hotel Les Occitanes! Indulge in a tasty breakfast on-site for an additional charge in the mornings. Luggage storage is available, along with on-site coin laundry machines for your convenience. The guest services team is available 24 hours a day to ensure you have a stress-free stay. Parking is not available on-site, but there may be public parking in the area for a fee.

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €10/pet/day. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the building and grounds.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit from €300 to €500, a small daily eco-tax of €0.20, and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 charged per person. A variety of cleaning services are available for an additional fee for your convenience. Please note that for guests staying from 5 to 28 nights, an end of stay cleaning is available from €60.

Montpellier, capital of the Herault region, 8th largest town in France, is a lively town with plenty to see. We suggest checking out the famous Place de la Comédie, Museum Fabre, Odysseum, or Port Marianne. Head to the beaches of Palavas les Flots, 12km away, Carnon, 14km away, or LaGrande Motte, 20km away.
